Sally Patchin Painted Handled Basket sc49

Sally Patchin is a well-known folk artist from Wayland, NY who painted various basketware during the first half of the 20th century. Her work is quite collectible and becoming harder to find. We have quite a few pieces here in the store but are only featuring 2 of the larger baskets here online.

This basket is a nice size measuring at 18 1/2" x 13" x 8" h ( 15" h to top of handle). Blue hollyhocks decorate the exterior all the way around and the rim is painted blue. The interior is not painted at all. We consider this basket to be in vgc with only minor damage to a small area of the rim as showm in the pics.

Vintage Metal Bread Box KV3

This vintage breadbox dates back to the 1930's. It does show its wear from over the years but this only adds to its character and would lend itself to a shabby chic, primitive or antique decor. The original painted metal, in a light khaki green color, is chipped and rusted in many areas. The flip-twist latch opens the drop front door to reveal one shelf. The front of the door is lettered with the words BREAD and CAKE. This piece would be a great addition to your kitchen in both a decorative and functional way.

Vintage Flow Blue Salt & Pepper Shakers ef955

What a nice addition to your Flow Blue collection. This set of S&P shakers are in VGC. They do not have the stoppers on the bottom. But that is nothing a little cork can not remedy. Other than that they are ready to grace your table! Each measures 2 1/2"h x 1 7/8"w.

Hubley Doorstop - Dutch Boy and Girl Kissing sc123

This cast iron Hubley doorstop is in remarkable condition. There are only a few knicks to the paint on the little Duth Girl. Otherwise, this precious piece depicting a kissing Dutch Boy and Girl is in exc condition. They are standing on a green grassy area. The Dutch Boy is wearing a black cap, white shirt, black pants and brownish/greenish clogs. The little Dutcj Girl is wearing a white bonnet, a yellow dress, white apron and brownish/greenish clogs. It is marked Hubley on the back with the number 332 as shown in the pictures and measures 4 7/8" x 4 1/2" at its widest points.

Vintage Cobalt Blue Fiesta Teapot Set HP7

This Fiesta Set is in almost immaculate condition and includes the large size teapot, lidded sugar bowl and creamer. The teapot is in excellent condition. We don't think it has ever been used! The only imperfection is a small cluster of pinholes in the glaze at the spout which was obviously original to the firing process (see pics). It measures approx 7" high to the top of the lid's handle and 7 1/4" from where the handle meets the pot to the outer edge of the spout. It is impressed on the bottom with the 'fiesta' mark in script and the HLC USA underneath. The Sugar Bowl is also in excellent condition except for a tiny little chip to the glaze underneath one of its handles (see pic). This measures approx 5 1/4" high to the top of the lid's handle and 5 1/4" from outer handle to outer handle. It is impressed on the bottom with the 'fiesta' mark in script and the HLC USA underneath.The creamer has what is known as the stick handle and is in excellent condition. It measures approx 3" high and 4 1/2" to the outer edge of the spout. It is impressed on the bottom with the 'fiesta' mark in script and the HLC USA underneath.

Plaster Indian Bust/Statue sc20

A wonderful addition to a collector Native American themed objects is this detailed and colorful plasterware bust of an Indian donning a feather head ornament and jewelry. There are a few minor knicks on his "shoulders" and a bit of a larger one at the top of his braid. Otherwise he is in VG condition. He measures approx. 20" tall and 13" at his widest points. He also comes with a 12" square woven native "rug" which we have been told is authentic Navajo but we are not sure enough to claim it as such. So we will let you be the judge on that.
