Rosenthale Beer Pitcher with 5 Mugs - Item#: MD1

This Bavarian six piece beer set is made by Rosenthale and dates to approximately late 1800s to early 1900s. Each mug and the pitcher are hand painted with a different German saying and picture of a friar. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is some wear or misglazing to the bottom rim of the pitcher but this does not overly distract. Each of the mugs and pitcher are rimmed in Gold which shows little wear. A very unique and unusual set to add to any Bavarian collection.
